There is one Junior Account Manager position available. 
 
Job Title 

Junior Account Manager

Division 

Sales

Overall objective of Job 

To meet and exceed allocated sales targets by initially acquiring new clients and subsequently growing them.

Provide complete and dedicated Customer Service.

Manage and coordinate all activities within a corporate customer base.

Achievement of growth of revenue into the customer base.

Specific Responsibilities 

generate leads and manage a pipeline

meet monthly targets

understand clients requirements

ensure IS solutions are correctly specc'd to mach clients needs

liaise with technical staff to ensure smooth installations

handle client queries and manage feedback on these issues to the client

 
 Qualifications 

At least 2 to 3 years sales experience. Formal sales training and presentation skills training will be an advantage. Matric or Similar qualification. Post Matric Qualification, preferable in commerce or marketing.

Experience  

Experience and successful track record in solution based selling. Experience in dealing with small to large corporate clients at various levels within the company and working within the parastatals and government sector. Capable of producing high quality, professional proposal and solution overview documentation. A good knowledge of the Internet and Virtual Private Networks, and the applications and uses in the corporate business environment.

Computer Skills 

MS Office proficient.

Disposition 

Self-motivated, confident, positive outlook, results oriented, team player, sociable, passionate about client service.
